You can return beauty items like any other item with 2 important notes:
- Items must still have the original seal. If the seal is broken, we cannot accept the return.
- Perfumes are considered "dangerous goods", due to the high alcohol content in many formulations. To return these items please use the original parcel with the marking seen in our FAQ here.
